NW PRO EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
OFFICIAL POLICIES AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

1.1 Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of registration. No exceptions will be made.

1.2 Cancellation and Refund Terms
Registration is final and non-refundable upon processing. Students are solely responsible for ensuring course selection accuracy prior to registration.

1. ATTENDANCE AND SCHEDULING

2.1 On-Site Equipment Delivery

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled class time

• Same-day time modifications are subject to availability
• Failure to provide required notice will result in forfeiture of class fees

2.2 Equipment Shipping Requirements

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than 72 hours prior to scheduled class time
• Classes must be completed within 24 hours of rescheduled date
• No exceptions will be made for late notifications

2.3 Attendance Requirements
For In-Person Classes:

• 24-hour advance notice is mandatory for rescheduling
• Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of class fees
• No-shows forfeit all fees without exception

For Virtual Classes:

• Prompt attendance at designated start time is mandatory
• Late admission is not permitted
• Failure to attend at scheduled time results in immediate class cancellation and forfeiture of all fees

1. EQUIPMENT LIABILITY

3.1 Student Responsibilities
Students assume full legal and financial responsibility for all equipment while in their possession, including:

• Safe handling and proper use
• Return shipping integrity
• Damage or loss prevention

3.2 Damage and Loss Terms

• Students are liable for all equipment damage or loss
• Replacement cost: $450
• Return shipping must be documented with official drop-off receipt
• No receipt = full replacement cost charged

1. FINANCIAL TERMS

4.1 Payment Disputes

• Direct communication with NW PRO EDUCATION is required for dispute resolution
• Unauthorized credit card disputes/chargebacks incur mandatory $25 processing fee
• Original charges remain due regardless of dispute status

4.2 Credit Card Authorization
By registering, cardholders authorize all applicable charges and fees as outlined in these policies.

5.1 Information Collection and Use
NW PRO EDUCATION maintains strict control over student information:

• Data collected: name, contact details, addresses
• No credit card information stored
• Information sharing limited to authorized certification partners only
• Partners include: American Red Cross, HSI, JoinCpr, AHA

5.2 Data Protection
Student information is protected and never sold to third parties.
